I highly recommend Opinion Outpost. They pay by check or you can cash out for an Amazon.com gift card. The surveys are delivered to your inbox. Most survey range from 5 minutes to 20 minutes. The surveys are awarded in points but they are converted into dollars when you cash out. If a surveys is for 50 points, that equals .50. it may not sound like much, but trust me it adds up quickly. I receive 2 surveys per day from opinion outpost. Give them a try!!
